About company

AS Puiduäri (translated as “Woodwork Enterprise”) was established 1997 as successor of another small company, which produced equipment for small size sawmills.

First products, doors for individual houses, were very soon supplemented by building of indoor stairs for same kind of customers. Since then we have produced hundreds of stairs and thousands of doors for Estonian market as well as to another countries.

As we see, the recent trend is tailor-made furniture.  Unique design together with adopted measures and, of course, natural touch of solid wood makes it attractive to have. And, not the least important, you can’t find it’s “brother” from a furniture store.

Those, who ask for more than just windowsill made of melamine or inner door of MDF, sooner or later will find Puiduäri.

Our automatic moulder can produce in big quantities different profiles of siding, flooring, baseboards etc.

Welcome to Puiduäri!

Wood is an ancient and highly praised raw material which is environmentally friendly and sustainable. High quality wood products are an investment in the life quality of yourself and the environment. Wood is renewable and organic, providing lasting visual and practical appeal, while also decreasing your environmental footprint compared to processed materials. Indoor conditions are perfect for preserving wood over several decades which means that you are effectively sequestering carbon dioxide by owning wood products. Raw material used by AS Puiduäri is acquired either from well-managed FSC-certified forests (belonging to State Forest Management Centre of Estonia per.ex.) or local forest owners with minimal transport emissions.

We do our best to be resource-efficient. For example, the kiln used for drying timber runs on wood chips and other biowaste that are a byproduct of our wood products manufacturing.
